Payment information for tractors, parts, engines, and equipment orders.
Central Tractors currently accepts bank transfer payments for tractors, used tractors, tractor equipment, truck engines, and truck spare parts such as gearboxes. Payment terms, total payable amount, and any approved deposit requirement are confirmed on the quotation, invoice, or written order confirmation before payment is requested.
Bank transfer
After your order is confirmed, we will share our bank details for payment. Please use your invoice number or order reference as the payment reference so we can match your payment quickly and prepare your order without delay.
Bank details are provided only by Central Tractors through our official communication channels. If any payment instruction seems unclear or different from a previous confirmation, contact us before making payment.
What to include with your transfer
- Order reference or invoice number
- Customer name or company name
- Proof of payment if requested or if faster payment matching is needed
Processing time
Bank transfers are usually confirmed within normal banking timelines. Orders are prepared for dispatch, delivery scheduling, or collection only after funds are received and cleared, unless different payment terms have been agreed in writing.
Invoices and payable amounts
If you need to confirm the payable amount, request updated banking details, or ask for a revised invoice, contact our team before payment. Orders may be delayed if the payment reference is missing, incorrect, or if the payment amount does not match the confirmed invoice.
Important notes
- Products are not dispatched or released for collection before cleared payment unless written account terms apply
- Any bank charges, currency-conversion fees, or payment-processing charges remain the customer?s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing
- Pricing, stock availability, and freight charges are confirmed separately on the quotation or invoice
